Agreement to Lease
This document is used to state the tenant's desire to lease the property, and to negotiate
the terms of the lease. Although this is just an "offer", it is often used as the
actual lease agreement. After the offer is prepared and signed by the tenant, it is presented
to the landlord for acceptance.
Employment Letter
Issued by your company indicating the name of company, your position, salary, how long you've
been working there, and contact information of supervisor/HR in case there are any questions.
Rental Application
Filled out by prospective tenant and includes authorization to conduct a credit check.
A landlord uses the information on the application to determine the suitability of renting their unit to the individual(s).
Credit Report
We run the credit report using your signed rental application. Shows your history of how
consistently you pay your financial obligations e.g. credit card debt, car loans, student loans, etc.
